Uniform Order Forms – consider ordering a larger size that your child might grow into, as the same uniform will be used for most sports.

Sports Physical Forms – Due at the beginning of the school year, and must be in Mrs. O'Connor’s possession in order to participate in practices and games.

Physical Update Forms – required each season in order to participate in practices and games.

Coaches 

All of our coaches are Volunteers, who have graciously rearranged their schedules to help support SSPJ, the CMSAA, and our student athletes.  Please help us by becoming a coach, it is the chance of a lifetime!

Please see the CMSAA website for all schedules and directions.  We are usually listed in the “small school” division.

Travel Information

Travel is a big part of participating in CMSAA sports.  There are currently 24 schools participating in the league.  Although we are in close proximity to several Catholic schools, we may not compete against them every season.  There are usually several Parents who travel to the games, and many will be able to help in getting all the athletes to the games.  Walker notes are required listing the name of the Parent driving to the game.
