Miss. Gina Luciano is the First Grade teacher at Sts. Philip and James School. This is Miss. Luciano's third year at Sts. Philip and James and is thrilled to be apart of this school.She received her B.S in Education and Speech Communication from St. Joseph's College. She is currently completing her M.S degree in Literacy and Cognition from St. Joseph's college.
